"We approached Leyla having heard her speak before. She delivered a brilliant one hour ‘lunch and learn’ webinar for our firm on how to manage your own mental health wellbeing and support your colleagues. The session gave a really helpful overview of mental health wellbeing. The talk was full of really practical, realistic tips on how to look after yourself and how to approach those slightly tricky conversations, either to reach out to someone you are worried about or to open up about how you are. The session hit the mark for all of our attendees, who were a large group at all career levels. It provoked lots of interesting questions at the end plus follow on discussion in the office afterwards – which is just what we had hoped for. Leyla was a pleasure to work with – flexible, reliable and commercial in her approach. She really understood our firm’s culture and how to tailor the messaging accordingly. We got so much out of just one hour of her expertise."

People and Culture Review

A people and culture review  is an essential process for organisations to ensure that organisations are making the most of their people and talent resources

What is included in a people and culture review?

There are a number of tools that can be used to support this. Which include:

TetraMap ®  is both a model and tool to reduce conflict and leverage diversity. It is a learning model that enhances learning and understanding of self and others. At its heart, TetraMap® centres on the belief that strength lies in valuing differences. The Elements used are rooted in nature, with every element having a part to play;

Wellbeing and Resilience at Work® (Wraw®) is one of the first psychometric tools to measure wellbeing and resilience;

TMSDI Team Management Profiles: Deceptively simple and easy-to-implement, the Team Management Profile is practical and effective. It provides personal feedback based on extensive research into individual success and high-performance teamworking;

Executive Coaching: 1-2-1 coaching that addresses career chellenges and wellbeing and team coaching to manage conflict and communication.

Strategic plans: This includes the organisation's long-term strategic plans for recruitment, diversity and talent management to be able to stay on track for the future.

Why is a people and culture review important?

Continually evaluating culture is important because having shared, clearly defined values will influence the standard of an organisation's customer service, as well as the satisfaction and retention of its people. The work of HR, L&D and OD influences and is influenced by organisational culture. Every organisation is made up of human connections and relationships. Culture is central to all sectors and must be managed and developed accordingly. Culture change has to be managed effectively to build commitment, engagement and retention of people.
