The company officially launched in early October 2023 and is now looking to grow its client base with the recruitment of an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. 
 

Location:

This is currently a remote role with the opportunity to move our Indian office should we be successful in setting it up or alternatively to the UK in due course, subject to performance and obtaining the relevant visas.

Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner is a highly responsible and confidential position that provides administrative, scheduling, and project support to the Managing Partner of a management consultancy. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Partner's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;

  • Take and transcribe minutes of meetings;

  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports;

  • Manage the Managing Partner's email and phone calls;

  • Coordinate with other departments and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the partnership particularly those colleagues based in India;

  • Provide administrative support for the Managing Partner's projects and initiatives;

  • Maintain confidential files and information.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role;

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;

  • Excellent attention to detail and should be able to work on own initiative;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in management consulting, finance or professional services industries;

  • Experience with business development;
