Our complimentary skillsets and experiences offer our clients a holistic and integrated service, with an emphasis on developing value creation plans incorporating some of the latest digital innovations in the market including artificial intelligence. These strategies deliver sustainable and real long-term value in our client's businesses.
The company officially launched in early October 2023 and is now looking to grow its client base with the recruitment of a Business Development Director reporting to the Managing Partner.

This is currently a remote/hybrid role.

Summary:
The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategy, with a focus on expanding into new markets, developing new partnerships, and generating new leads from large global multinational companies, private equity funds, Fortune 500 companies, FTSE 100 companies, PLCs, HNWs, etc. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall growth goals;
• Identify and target new markets, segments, and customer accounts;
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large global multinational companies, private equity funds, Fortune 500 companies, FTSE 100 companies, PLCs, HNWs, etc;
• Generate and qualify new leads and opportunities;
• Manage the sales pipeline and work with the sales team to close deals;
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships;
• Track and analyse sales performance and results;
• Develop and implement business development best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on large enterprise accounts;
• Minimum of 1,000 LinkedIn executive decision maker connections in large companies with whom you have already built a relationship;
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle;
• Proven track record of success in developing and closing new business;
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills;
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in management consulting, finance or professional services industries.
